Isaac Witty fills us in with NYC's retarded rule about yelling "fire" when you're being attacked instead of yelling "help" b/c it gets people's attention better. I think if you're being mugged, your mugger should be required to release you for two minutes of freedom in order to go mug someone else. I think that would get their attention a little better.
"What the fuck are you doin?"
"I'm mugging you"
"Annnnd why pray tell are you mugging me?"
"Because I'm being mugged right over there you asshole, and I gotta be back to it in 37 seconds. Do I have you're attention now?"
