Myq Kaplan "Heckling in Troubled Times"

Myq Kaplan is a funny bastard. Here's a little bit about him courtesy of rooftopcomedy.com:

Myq Kaplan is a comedian named Myq Kaplan.

The Comedians magazine calls him "a comedy machine, in the best possible way. The way that some machines vend soda or prevent other machines from killing future revolutionaries – that’s how Myq Kaplan does comedy: relentlessly, methodically, unblinkingly.”

Myq's half-hour "Comedy Central Presents" special aired this spring, following his debut on the "Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien" in late 2009 and his current run on NBC's Last Comic Standing. Myq has also appeared on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham," won "NY's Funniest Standup" competition in the New York Comedy Festival, was featured at the 2009 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, was voted 2008's Best Local Comic in Boston by readers of the Boston Phoenix, and has a grandmother who thinks he is gorgeous.

A Jewy-ish vegan who spells the name "Mike" weird, Myq enjoys words, social justice, Netflix, and comic books. Also non-comic books, ping-pong, and being great with women. And grammar and run-on sentence fragments. And being hilarious to his demographic, which is anyone who might know the word "demographic."

Check out his website at www.myqkaplan.com, follow him on Twitter, read his blog at godzillionaire.blogspot.com, or just call his grandmother for biased bragging about more of his accomplishments.

LAUGH NOW!
