Or if a terrorist cuts off your hands and you're girlfriends forehead stitches are accidentally coming undone. She's begging you to try to sew them back up but you've got no mitts, let alone opposable thumbs. You know the only thing you can do is try to use your rock solid penis to re-stitch the wound.
